We are looking for an energetic, driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at our Wizards of the Coast office in Renton, WA. You must have experience in the gaming industry and intimate knowledge of our gaming IP. As a Recruiter you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for our Engineering, Game Studio, Digital Publishing, Marketing and Corporate Services Teams.

What you Bring...

Versed in the nuances of hiring Engineering, Software Development & Cloud talent in the gaming industry
Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers capturing the specific needs for each posting

Proven track record of identifying and sourcing candidates that are a strong match to the requirements. Must bring creative ideas that engage top talent
You take delight in providing an outstanding candidate experience from the first touch point through offer and onboarding
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Role Responsibilities...

Work directly with hiring managers to ensure we have assigned competencies and hiring strategy

Set timeline and communication plan with candidates in order to provide an outstanding candidate experience
Evaluate recruiting sources, processes, tools, practices and systems to improve on process efficiencies

Source candidates through creative and strategic sourcing methods including, but not limited, to employee referrals, networking, research, and advanced search tools
Contribute ideas to our company recruiting process, company culture, etc. The goal is to do it better than it’s ever been done before
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management; conduct in-depth screening of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios
Strive on a daily basis to ensure our candidate pools are inclusive and posting advertisements attract high quality candidates

Actively participate in achieving our Diversity Initiatives through community outreach, sourcing, networking opportunities, etc. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and built strong productive relationships
