As Senior Video Producer, you will plan and manage the creation and support of live streamed and VOD content for the Dungeons & Dragons brand on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Steam, and other streaming video platforms. You will connect with our audience through live streamed programming and social media, and deliver our key messages via online marketing. This position will support overall brand strategy by ensuring that our streamed and VOD marketing initiatives are completed on schedule, meet strategic requirements, and meet performance, quality and cost criteria. This position will act as liaison with agencies and contractors and will be a key contact for influencers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in production and post-production pipelines as well as project and organizational management. This position will support a variety of content for varying projects and requires superior execution of projects from planning through delivery, solid interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills, and demonstrated team leadership skills. A day in the life as a Sr.Video Producer:
Contribute to strategic business plans for product and brand marketing, with a focus on live stream production and Influencer marketing.
Lead the development and implementation of production processes and other systems needed to achieve ambitious goals.
Take ownership for streamed content, seeing projects successfully through production.
Produce and deliver weekly recurring studio shows, including scheduling, talent booking, and management of equipment and crew.
Participate in the planning, logistics, and execution of off-site events and productions.
Produce ballpark time & money estimates drawn from prior experience to aid planning & decision making.
Coordinate, track, and manage project resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and are of top quality.
Acquire, edit, and prepare video and graphic assets, and manage post-production and social assets for promotion.
Develop, manage, and maintain a healthy pool of production vendors and freelancers
What you'll bring:
BA/BS or equivalent experience required, with a strong technical background in production and post-production pipelines.
8+ years of progressive experience in video production/digital content production.
3+ years of support in the brand marketing field preferred.
Experience in the video/digital game, hobby game, toy, entertainment, or related field preferred.
Proven ability to plan and execute on marketing and/or product plans.
Experience creating live esports or similar live content.
Knowledge of video games, RPGs and/or trading card or other hobby games.
Knowledge of the hobby game, video/digital game, or toy industry.
