You’ll be joining a highly creative and productive team tackling ideation, concepting, pitching, and iterating on advertisement concepts that promote acquisition while delighting our global fan base of Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons players.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS WIZARD
This role will be responsible for:

  • Global Competitive Research - Knowledge of various, adjacent entertainment properties, assess effective strategies while conceiving your own. Be on top of regional/global trends while striving to create them.
  • Collaborative Brainstorm - Promote your ideas and the ideas of others to improve digital playbook assets through a highly collaborative, constant, and fast paced process.
  • Creative Concepts - Initiate and realize new concepts on a regular basis for advertising tentpole moments centered around business priorities and performance marketing data.
  • Global Performance Marketing Ad Design - Be an empowered self-starter in the creation of strong ad concepts that push through the advertising noise, constantly pushing new ideas, exploring, and iterating fresh globally focused concepts. As a senior member of the team, mentor and coach other designers to help them grow and achieve the best results.
  • Iterations and A/B Testing - Iterate on ad concepts to achieve incremental improvements in performance, funnel conversion, and increase revenues. Be data curious and apply that curiosity to best practices to make informed decisions. Develop assumptions around creative effectiveness at the onset of concepts and reassess how those assumptions measure up to performance data.

AM I QUALIFIED? (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
Experience Creating and Casting these Spells:

  • 6+ years Performance Marketing Design
  • Experience in PC, console, or mobile games marketing recommended
  • Creative agency, media agency, or consulting agency experience appreciated
  • Knowledge, Abilities and Characteristics of the Ideal Wizard:
  • Expert level Photoshop skills
  • Highly organized
  • Revels in a fast-paced environment
  • Mastery of commercial design
  • Results and detail oriented
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in After Effects/Key frame animations appreciated

Education and Training:

  • BA in Design required

Physical Requirements:

  • Office environment, able to work on computer or phone for long periods of time.
